What is the CDC Scholarship?

The CDC Scholarship is intended to sponsor students in their pursuit of the entry level Community Health Worker certification, as well as sponsor Paramedics who wish to expand their scope to include community paramedicine.

Career paths currently supported include:

Community Paramedic (NREMT-CC)

Community Health Worker (CHW)
